We established our Copenhagen office in 2007, reinforcing our long-term commitment to supporting Danish clients and collaborators with world-class engineering expertise.
From central Copenhagen, our team of Danish and international specialists, delivers integrated, multidisciplinary engineering solutions across a wide range of projects from buildings to urban development and transformation. Our capabilities cover structural, mechanical, electrical, lighting and building physics engineering, alongside expertise in acoustics and façade engineering.

Sustainability
Projects are developed in line with Denmark’s ambitious sustainability agenda, as well as applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring robust, future-proof solutions with demonstrated long-term value. A life-cycle approach is adopted, assessing both embodied and operational impacts to deliver robust, resource-efficient solutions. Timber
Our expertise in timber engineering is grounded in many years of experience – from conventional structures to advanced geometries, where timber’s strength, flexibility, and architectural expression are brought to their full potential. By selecting timber as the primary construction material, carbon emissions can be significantly reduced. We work with both pure timber solutions and hybrid structures to achieve optimal performance in strength, span, and functionality, without compromising architecture or quality. We translate design visions into solutions that deliver measurable outcomes in terms of reduced carbon, high material efficiency, and robust performance. Embodied carbon and life cycle assessments are actively used to document and optimise design decisions, ensuring measurable sustainability and performance benefits throughout the building’s life cycle.

Rapid prototyping
Rapid prototyping strengthens the strategy for new-build development, refurbishment, repurposing, or portfolio acquisition, with a focus on improving profitability, enhancing investor appeal, and reducing design costs. Through computational design and digital prototyping, design proposals are rapidly and continuously validated in close collaboration with architects and clients, evaluating project ambition and decision-making throughout the process. Tailored digital workflows provide rapid insight into the implications of design decisions across key parameters such as daylight, embodied carbon, materials, energy, cost, indoor environmental quality, and buildability, enabling continuous optimisation of both new-build and transformation projects.

Transformation
Our ambition is to unlock the potential of existing buildings through consultancy, analysis, and design that connects sustainability, engineering expertise, and buildability. The transformation and refurbishment of existing, often historic buildings is treated as an integrated discipline, combining structural understanding and material performance with data-driven design. Using digital tools and adaptive reuse methods, design decisions are quantified, enabling rapid comparison of scenarios and establishing a robust technical foundation for decision-making.
