
Gry Lodahl Haxholm
Structural Engineer
Gry joined º£½ÇÊÓÆµ in 2023 after completing her master’s degree in architectural engineering. She is based in Denmark and works in the structures team in the Copenhagen office.
She has a strong foundation in architectural engineering and sustainability within the built environment. She brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work, combining technical skills in structural analysis with knowledge on life cycle assessments and a deep commitment to sustainable development.
She has supported teams across º£½ÇÊÓÆµâ€™s global offices – from Dubai and London to Hong Kong and Bath and enjoys cross-country and interdisciplinary teamwork. She is currently taking on a sustainability-focused role within her team and is actively involved in developing internal tools like the Building Performance Dashboard and the Floor Configurator.Â
Gry has a keen interest in technical-humanitarian work. As an active member of Engineers Without Borders, she has worked on the development of sustainable water supply systems in Sierra Leone and has contributed to structural assessments of damaged buildings in Ukraine. In May 2024 she was part of a º£½ÇÊÓÆµ bridge building mission to Rwanda with the organisation Bridges to Prosperity. Gry also contributes actively to the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Share Our Skills programme.
