Henrik is a civil engineer with more than two decades of experience in mechanical engineering and building services. He joined º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s Copenhagen office in 2024 and brings a broad understanding of how buildings work throughout their entire lifecycle.

Over the years, Henrik has developed a strong technical foundation and a clear sense of how design decisions play out in real‑world building operations. He’s known for bringing people together across disciplines, helping teams navigate different priorities and keeping collaboration focused, constructive and solution‑driven.

Henrik enjoys working in interdisciplinary environments and has partnered closely with architects, engineers, contractors and end users. Whether coordinating internal teams or engaging with project stakeholders, he values openness, clarity and a well‑structured workflow. He has a particular talent for explaining complex engineering topics in an accessible way, ensuring that technical choices are well understood and aligned with the overall project vision.

A consistent theme in Henrik’s work is his commitment to sustainability. He is passionate about advancing intelligent, energy‑efficient and environmentally responsible building solutions, and he looks for opportunities to embed these principles whether he’s shaping early concepts or refining operational strategies.

Henrik holds an MSc in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and is an active member of the Danish trade union IDA.
