Laying the track to Net Zero for King鈥檚 Cross

King鈥檚 Cross is one of the largest redevelopments in London comprising a mixture of office, retail and residential buildings near King鈥檚 Cross Railway Station. The consortium developing the quarter, has signed the WorldGBC net zero carbon buildings commitment and has recently committed to achieving net zero carbon by 2035.

The pathways developed by our advisors provides credible and executable solutions for decarbonising the site based on currently available and established technologies. They set out a clear set of decarbonisation measures and demonstrate the energy and carbon impact of implementing these as well as the capital cost investment required for delivery.
