Government

Delivering government facilities with innovation, efficiency and excellence.

º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s government experience covers the entire spectrum of civic buildings—from courthouses and embassies to libraries and community centers.

We know how to deliver both renovation projects and new developments that are fit for their purpose and as cost effective as possible. º£½ÇÊÓƵ is proud of our long-standing collaborations and continuously growing portfolio of work with city, state, and federal government organizations.

US Government

º£½ÇÊÓƵ has partnered with US federal agencies for over a decade, so we’ve gained a deep understanding of the unique needs and mission-driven nature of their facilities. From our work on American embassies and consulates abroad to domestic courthouses, workplaces and land ports of entry, we know that these buildings act as visual representations of the United States, so they must convey a sense of dignity, innovation and democracy.

We recognize the complexities involved in constructing federal facilities, where security is a constant, but not the only, concern. Balancing modern-day needs, employee wellness, energy efficiency and historic preservation with stringent security demands is a challenge we are well-equipped to handle. We are well-versed in critical building codes such as the PBS Core Building Standards and ASHRAE 90.1. As such, we have helped new construction as well as repairs and alterations implement the latest performance standards.

IDIQs

º£½ÇÊÓƵ has extensive experience delivering projects within Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, both as the primary contract holder and as a subconsultant to contractors, architects and engineering partners. We know how to successfully manage and deliver multiple task orders within a single contract as well as across many contracts at once. We are currently a part of the following IDIQ’s:
