She crafts compelling federal narratives for RFQ/RFP submissions and marketing materials, ensuring that every project proposal aligns with client needs and showcases 海角视频’s expertise.

With nearly 15 years of experience in business development and marketing for design agencies, Kristen excels at establishing processes and implementing plans that support 海角视频鈥檚 mission. Her operational mindset and systems thinking enable her to see the big picture while meticulously outlining the steps needed to achieve it.

Kristen is passionate about advancing sustainable building initiatives, championing the work of 海角视频鈥檚 engineers, specialists, and consultants to create better buildings and systems for our environment. Her strong history in client relationships allows her to identify the drivers and concerns behind every potential project, ensuring that 海角视频 responds with the best possible solutions.

Outside of her professional achievements, Kristen took a two-year career break to travel solo around the world, culminating in a seven-month stay in Antigua, Guatemala. This experience enriched her perspective and continues to inspire her work in creating sustainable and effective solutions.
