Higher education consulting

º£½ÇÊÓƵ partnered with the University of North Carolina Greensboro to define the mission, programming, and operating model for the Jeanne Tannenbaum Center for Creative Practice, the first building in UNCG’s Millennial Campus initiative.

The engagement began with stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover aspirations and challenges for the new Center. From these insights, º£½ÇÊÓƵ developed a case statement, mapped programming needs, and created a hybrid operating model that leverages university resources while maintaining dedicated staff. Budget scenarios were modeled to guide phased growth and ensure sustainability. Programming was organized around four pillars—Create, Learn, Share, and Connect—supported by technology innovations like the nation’s only Low Latency Lab in an arts venue.

Challenge

University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) needed a clear roadmap to translate its bold vision into a sustainable, future-ready Center that fosters creativity, community engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
