海角视频 teamed with California State University Northridge鈥檚 David Nazarian College of Business and Economics to redefine graduate business education for the future.
With an increasingly competitive market, Nazarian College sought a bold strategy to expand its academic offerings, embrace emerging technologies, and create a destination for innovation and community engagement.
Challenge
The Nazarian College faces aging facilities and an evolving business education landscape. With increasing demand for flexible, tech – integrated programs and experiential learning, CSUN needed a strategic plan to expand graduate offerings and create a destination for innovation and community engagement.

Solution
海角视频 partnered with CSUN to deliver a comprehensive academic study that included a market analysis, peer benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement with over 400 participants. The study produced an academic plan anchored by four pillars: Adaptability & Agility, Personal Development & Career Advancement, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Collaboration & Engagement alongside space programming scenarios for a new 40,000 GSF building. This future-ready facility will feature flexible classrooms, makerspaces, and digital venture studios to support cutting-edge programs and experiential learning.

Value
The plan positions CSUN as a leader in graduate business education by aligning academic programs with industry demand and student aspirations. Recommendations include expanding MBA and Business Analytics programs, maintaining Accountancy and Taxation offerings, and introducing new programs in Cybersecurity & AI and Accounting Analytics. Beyond academics, the creation of a 鈥淐enter for Centers鈥 will amplify entrepreneurship and community impact, transforming Nazarian College into a vibrant hub for collaboration and innovation.
