Justin Mol茅 is a principal and MEP regional discipline leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in laboratory, commercial, and higher education design.

Throughout his career, he has worked on sustainable, high performance building design with a focus on mechanical systems. With extensive knowledge of laboratory engineering, Justin has been directly involved in the HVAC design of projects for clients ranging from Draper Laboratory, Partners Healthcare, Tufts University, South Shore Hospitals, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has recently completed the HVAC design of a new 700,000 biomedical research campus in Cambridge, MA, and is currently working on significant Laboratory upgrades at Draper Labs in Kendall Square.

Justin is a registered Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and a LEED AP, and sits on the Board of Governors for the ASHRAE Boston Chapter.
