Over the past two years, 海角视频 has worked in partnership with the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) and in collaboration with leading industry experts to develop this groundbreaking roadmap. Drawing on cutting-edge research, modelling, and global insights, the UK Climate Resilience Roadmap provides a comprehensive, evidence-based strategy to help the built environment sector respond to the growing risks posed by climate change and ensure resilience.聽

A critical moment for climate action 

The United Kingdom is already experiencing the impacts of climate change – flooding, overheating, wildfires, drought and storms are becoming more frequent and severe. These hazards threaten lives, livelihoods, infrastructure and ecosystems. We need the UK Climate Resilience Roadmap because achieving climate resilience is no longer optional; it is essential.聽

The roadmap sets out a clear, actionable vision for a climate-resilient built environment. It translates complex data and research into practical, scalable solutions tailored to the sector鈥檚 unique vulnerabilities. It also provides a framework for embedding resilience into every stage of planning, design, construction and policy.聽

• Buildings are our frontline defence. Resilience starts with how we design, build and adapt.
• Acting now is the only responsible choice. Resilience must be embedded across every project and policy, forming a core part of the UK Climate Resilience Roadmap.
