Global engineering consulting and advisory practice, 海角视频, has been appointed as a lead consultant on Lot 1 of 鈥檚 new Development and Regeneration and Technical services (DaRTS) framework to help accelerate the delivery of quality new homes across England.

The practice is a leader in decarbonising urban infrastructure, complex brownfield regeneration and energy transition.

海角视频 has offices in Bath, London, Leeds, Manchester and Cambridge amongst its 37 global locations.

Under the new framework, 海角视频, with its key collaborators, will provide technical and professional services to help Homes England deliver its strategic objectives over the next four years.

DaRTS will run from 2023 to 2027 and has been introduced as the replacement for Homes England鈥檚 2019-2023 multidisciplinary framework for accessing technical and professional services.

Homes England and other public sector bodies can utilise the framework and facilitate the transformation of underutilised urban areas to create sustainable urban neighbourhoods that allow us to simultaneously tackle the climate, biodiversity, and housing crises.

Homes England chief development officer, Barry Cummins, said: 鈥淲e want to work with ambitious suppliers who can help us drive regeneration and housing delivery to create high-quality homes and thriving places across the country.
