Nathaniel Gundersen is a Senior Consultant with 海角视频鈥檚 Advisory Group and partners with local governments, public agencies, and private entities to address the interconnected challenges of sustainable growth and equitable development.
Driven by a desire to enrich communities and advance social and environmental outcomes, Nathaniel brings an applied understanding of the built environment to the policy and planning process, creating transformative impact through design thinking, transdisciplinary collaboration, and community process.
His skills include quantitative and qualitative research, design and visualization, spatial analytics, econometrics, writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Nathaniel holds a master鈥檚 in public policy and a master鈥檚 in urban planning from University of Southern California and a bachelor鈥檚 in architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a licensed architect in Washington State and holds a certificate in Healthy Materials and Sustainable Buildings from the Parsons School of Design.
