Manish Negandhi is the Group Director for structures at 海角视频 India, leading the growth, technical excellence, and delivery of the structures practice across the region.
With more than 26 years of experience, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on a wide range of complex projects, including tall buildings, commercial developments, corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, luxury hotels, and residential developments across India, the UAE, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
Beyond his extensive technical expertise, Manish is recognised for his strong leadership and commitment to mentoring future engineering leaders. He actively develops high-performing teams through coaching, knowledge sharing, and talent development initiatives, creating a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. He works closely with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions that balance design ambition, technical excellence, and commercial success.
Manish is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of both the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Indian Association of Structural Engineers.
