Justin Uihlein, a veteran civil engineer with a passion for urban transformation, is the North American Infrastructure Lead for the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Cities Team.
With a career spanning over two decades working in the country’s densest urban environments, Justin has established himself as a leader in modernizing and adapting urban infrastructure across the United States, specializing in multi-disciplinary team building and program management.
In his role at º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, Justin focuses on delivering innovative infrastructure projects. His experience encompasses a wide range of areas, including sustainable land development, transportation engineering, green infrastructure, fleet electrification, and subsurface utility engineering. Justin has a track record of offering effective infrastructure thought leadership and advisory services, going beyond standard practices to iterate collaboratively with architects and urban planners. His approach is deeply informed by local conditions and needs, ensuring that each project is tailored to its unique context.

A licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, Justin brings a wealth of technical knowledge and practical experience to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
