Justin Uihlein is a licensed civil engineer and infrastructure leader who helps clients move complex projects from vision to permitted, buildable reality. Based in Los Angeles, he leads º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s North American Infrastructure practice, bringing more than two decades of experience delivering civil and site infrastructure in some of the country’s most demanding urban environments.

Justin’s technical core is in civil and site engineering — grading, stormwater and drainage design, subsurface utility coordination, and the detailed specifications that turn design intent into construction-ready documents. He pairs technical depth with the program-management experience to keep multi-disciplinary teams, demanding sites, and tight schedules aligned.

His experience spans a wide range of sectors: world-class entertainment and themed environments, aviation, public realm and waterway revitalization, fleet electrification and clean-energy infrastructure, and climate-resilient infrastructure and program management that help communities and agencies adapt to a changing climate and prepare for major global events.
