Our award-winning office in Warsaw highlights our commitment to employee well-being and energy efficiency. Located in the Spektrum Tower, it contains state-of-the-art environmental measures, such as fresh air supply systems with CO₂ sensors. Combined with thoughtful interior design, such features provide a welcoming and comfortable working environment.

The Warsaw office celebrated its 25_^th anniversary in 2022 and has an impressive track record of projects in Poland, Europe and the Middle East. We work across various sectors and together have extensive experience in mechanical, electrical and structural engineering as well as sustainability consultancy.

Our team has contributed significantly to the local built environment and other locations worldwide by delivering projects in different sectors, covering first-class cultural and commercial structures, including high-rise buildings. For several years our interdisciplinary sustainability team has been performing precise energy modelling and carbon footprint analyses and advising on solutions to minimise climate change, which we treat as our duty and ambition.

Varso tower

Forming part of the flagship Varso Place development in central Warsaw, Varso Tower is the tallest building in the European Union, featuring spectacular views of the city鈥檚 skyline from a 230m high observation deck. To increase the amount of leasable space within the tower, our engineers used high strength reinforcements to allow the size of the superstructure column to be reduced.

Generation Park Y

Located in the heart of Warsaw鈥檚 rapidly growing business district, Generation Park Y is a striking office building at 140m high. 海角视频 was invited to provide structural and building services solutions. Our focus was not only to deliver a new architectural landmark, but also set a new standard for workplace comfort.

Polish Army Museum

This prestigious development stands on the site of the Warsaw Citadel. 海角视频 worked alongside the architect WXCA to realise a competition-winning design for one of two new museum buildings at the north and south ends of the iconic Guard Square, as well as a two-storey car park beneath.

sinfonia varsovia concert hall cultural venue poland

Sinfonia Varsovia Centrum

The venue will form part of the regeneration of the Praga district, and will comprise five refurbished existing buildings and a newly constructed performance venue. 海角视频 was commissioned to provide MEP and structural engineering for both the concert hall and the historical buildings.

Designed by the famous Polish architectural office, Kurylowicz and Associates, and commissioned by leading Polish investor Echo, this 155 metre tall high rise offers 50,000m²鈥痮f leasable office space. 海角视频 was appointed to provide鈥�building services engineering鈥痑s well as BREEAM consulting for this ambitious project.
