Gender Pay Report 2025

At 海角视频, we are intentionally creating environments where everyone can thrive, helping to build a more equitable world. Pay gap reporting remains an essential tool for accountability, enabling us to track our progress and understand the impact of our actions to reduce gender based pay gaps.

This year鈥檚 findings reflect both progress and consistency: our UK Gender Pay Gap has remained steady, our Global Mean Gender Pay Gap has narrowed, and reduced gaps across Europe and the Middle East show the ongoing impact of our efforts to address occupational segregation. We remain committed to inclusive reporting, including the publication of our ethnicity, disability and LGBTQ+ pay gaps in the UK.

Our approach to continuous improvement is driven by curiosity, seeking to understand the root causes of our gaps, exploring creative ways to meet people where they are, and holding ourselves accountable for the progress we make. Together, we are building a business where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
