This year’s report highlights our ongoing commitment to equity and inclusion. We have set and exceeded targets to increase the number of women in our business and improve their representation in senior roles. Our inclusive policies are designed to meet our employees where they are, addressing specific needs and fostering a culture of shared responsibility.

Our efforts have led to steady progress, with our UK gender pay gap holding steady and our global median pay gap continuing to decrease. For the first time, we have also included data on our disabled and LGBTQ+ pay gaps, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive and inclusive reporting.
