Danica Lers酶 Park

Copenhagen, Denmark

海角视频 worked in close collaboration with one of Denmark鈥檚 largest pension portfolios to modernise the electrical infrastructure in one of its heritage commercial office buildings in central Copenhagen.

The project focused on modernising the building鈥檚 electrical infrastructure to ensure continued reliability and support the comfort and operational needs of its tenants. Our building services engineering team supported Danica Ejendomme in identifying a resilient, future-proof system designed to meet evolving demands while aligning with the organisation鈥檚 long-term and ESG goals.

Together, we developed a carefully phased plan that allowed the building to remain fully operational throughout the works, with any necessary power interruptions scheduled outside of office hours to minimise disruption.

Upgrading the building鈥檚 aging electrical infrastructure鈥攐riginally installed in the 1950s鈥攊nvolved replacing both the main distribution board and supply cable to enhance reliability. This modern system now supports the office spaces with increased energy efficiency and includes advanced metering capabilities for improved monitoring and management.

While modest in scale, the project reflects a shared commitment to proactive asset management and tenant wellbeing. The successful delivery of this upgrade ensures the building continues to meet modern expectations while respecting its heritage character.

It鈥檚 been a real pleasure working on a project that blends respect for building heritage with modern engineering solutions. I truly appreciated the close collaboration and shared ambition to deliver a future-proof, sustainable building that meets the everyday needs of its tenants.
