Yalena is a digital leader with experience across Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Yalena has over 20 years of experience delivering programmes on data and digital strategy and governance, software, IoT and product development, cyber security, and digital twins for clients in the public and private sectors.

At 海角视频, she focuses on digital advisory services across buildings and cities including strategy, design, delivery and analytics. She takes a people first approach to innovation in the built environment, recognising the value that diversity brings to this complex space.

Prior to joining 海角视频, Yalena was director of Applied Data and Technology at the Connected Places Catapult – the UK鈥檚 innovation accelerator for cities and transport, focusing on digital transformation in the built environment, transport, utilities and infrastructure. Yalena has acted as a strategy adviser to the UK government and provided ongoing expertise to the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology via the College of Experts.
