Wei Liu is a lighting designer in 海角视频’s New York office with over a decade of experience in higher education, commercial, hospitality, gallery, retail and residential projects throughout the United States and internationally.
Wei’s focus is on interior and exterior lighting schemes, includes the conceptualization, development, and implementation of details. He enjoys the collaboration with many architects of varying styles, and is able to deliver the artistic consciousness of revealing architecture with light.
Wei graduated from NYU with an MFA in Theatrical Lighting Design and has extensive experience for theater productions and art installations. His educational background gives him insight into the many ways in which light can reinforce architecture. With the years of experience in the industries, he has been dedicated himself to incorporating the scientific and technical aspects of lighting to an aesthetic taste within projects.
