Director
Wayne is a Director in the Building Environments team at 海角视频. His building services engineering experience spans over 25 years, 10 of which were spent working on site.
Wayne is Building 海角视频 Engineer and a Fellow of CIBSE and has extensive experience in multiple sectors including, commercial, residential, scientific, cultural and education.
Since joining 海角视频 in 2012, Wayne has consistently designed and delivered high profile projects within the UK. In a climate of ever changing regulations, Wayne has navigated the MEP design to deliver value for the end client whilst also complying with all planning and sustainability constraints. His strengths are in managing and co-ordinating multidiscipline projects from conception, through planning, design, construction and handover.
His experience on site has proved invaluable when developing innovative and practical solutions. Wayne is also responsible for the accurate management and resource planning of his team to ensure delivery of his projects to a high standard.
Wayne鈥檚 wealth of experience has enabled him to skillfully co-ordinate the design and delivery of complex MEP designs. Whilst working with 海角视频鈥檚 energy and sustainability experts, he ensures that the end product for the client is as sustainable in construction and operation as technically feasible and within the constraints of the cost plan.
