Trevor leads groundbreaking sustainability projects, driving organisational change and helping asset managers embed sustainability into their portfolios.

Trevor specialises in leading large, complex, multi-faceted sustainability projects that draw on his depth and breadth of experience.

During his early years at 海角视频 he worked on city-scale energy planning projects, innovative energy technologies, energy auditing and building physics. He carried out some early LCA projects including for the 2012 Olympics. He also delivered a number of BREEAM and LEED projects.

In 2015 he received his doctorate from University of Reading on how indoor environmental quality affects people鈥檚 wellbeing and performance. For this he developed novel POE techniques to study seven different office buildings. During his studies, he published several journal articles and industry papers. Most notable, contributing to the WGBC report, 鈥淗ealth, Wellbeing and Productivity in Office Buildings: Measuring Impact and Sharing Best Practice鈥. After this he delivered one of the first WELL Standard developments in the UK as well as leading a number of innovative wellbeing strategies.

Since then, he has helped a number of local authorities with their climate emergency strategies. This involved large scale (10,000+ buildings) modelling of transition pathways. This helped identify the rates of change required to achieve 2040 and 2050 zero carbon goals. His latest work has been embedded within Aviva Investors full time to achieve organisational change and lead sustainability within their real estate group.

He joined 海角视频 in 2008 and works out of our London office. Previously he has worked in the Berlin, Hong Kong and Los Angeles offices. He is a chartered engineer and WELL AP qualified.
