After working for over a decade as a qualified architect, Tim joined 海角视频 in 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise from some of the UK鈥檚 leading design practices.
Tim鈥檚 career in the construction industry spans more than 20 years, marked by a proven track record in delivering high-profile, award-winning projects across residential, cultural and commercial sectors in both the UK and KSA.
As a design manager, Tim excels in coordinating cross-disciplinary design teams, fostering strong communication and working relationships. He is dedicated to providing professional and reliable service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, and collaborating with contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
Tim possesses extensive knowledge in technical resolution, construction coordination, building regulations and standards with a keen interest in tackling challenging contractual issues and implementing modern methods of construction.
Since joining 海角视频, Tim has played key roles in various multi-disciplinary projects, notably leading the Barbican Renewal Programme engineering team. He has also been instrumental in developing new project management tools and is an active member of legislative and project committees or initiatives within 海角视频.
