Simon Pilkington

Simon is an experienced project director and utilities engineer who has worked on the design, delivery and construction of large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in the UK, Middle East and South East Asia.
Recently Simon has led a number of significant multi-disciplinary commissions in the Middle East and South East Asia, developing designs from concept through detailed planning and into procurement.
Combining his knowledge and understanding of these complex systems, Simon has also gained a solid commercial understanding regarding the different methods of infrastructure procurement, having recently led the procurement via DBFOT and DB of a district cooling system, waste-water treatment plant and electrical infrastructure for a inner city development in Bangkok.
Prior to this he undertook a similar role on the TRX role in Kuala Lumpur, where he was ultimately appointed directly by the client to oversee the design of the site-wide infrastructure and lead on the commercial engineering aspects with multiple stakeholders (developers, regional utility providers and municipal authorities).
