Simon Kaye is a partner who brings more than 25 years of experience in advisory-led sales and delivery.

He specializes in building advisory capabilities within broader engineering firms and driving collaboration. He has a robust client portfolio that spans across both private and public market sectors as well as global geographies. Simon is focused on achieving accelerated and sustainable growth within 海角视频鈥檚 advisory offering, and is responsible for developing project, client and market strategies. He also sits on the US Executive Committee.

Prior to joining 海角视频, Simon worked for global firms where he led growth strategies in the technology, manufacturing and public sectors and championed collaboration and people initiatives, including a people-first culture. He was instrumental in tripling his firm鈥檚 advisory revenue, and he implemented a strategy to double the size of his firm鈥檚 North America presence.

Simon has spent his career working in the UK and Europe, and since 2014 has been based in the United States. He began his career working for an infrastructure owner and operator and transitioned to technical consulting before moving into Management Consulting / Advisory. Through these varied roles, Simon is able to leverage his full spectrum of global consulting experience.
