Sam joined 海角视频 in 2021 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) after demonstrating strong leadership capabilities in financial management, operations and team leadership.
She brings a wealth of international experience, having worked at BBC Worldwide, EE and Discovery Channel. With PLC, limited company and private equity background, she has the skills to ensure 海角视频 is in a strong financial position to deliver our growth strategy.
Her passion is financial planning, strategic thinking and transformation, and has led due diligence and global integration programmes within large scale acquisitions.
Having also worked extensively in treasury and cash management, she has a keen eye for detail and ensures 海角视频 maintains a strong and secure financial control environment. As a strong communicator, she demonstrates high levels of emotional intelligence, delivering timely financial information across the practice to support decision-making, making complex data easily digestible and creating effective relationships.
Sam is extremely passionate about creating an equitable and inclusive environment and is the global chairperson for EDI across our business services teams. Having been a mentor for more than 10 years, she continues to support the growth and development of individuals across the practice. Sam is energetic, engaging and passionate, and thrives on getting the most out of her team and the practice whilst demonstrating exceptional levels of honesty and integrity.
