Roisin is an experienced Management Consultant with over 15 years鈥� experience in shaping and delivering transformational and operational projects across a range of sectors including Transport, Retail, Real Estate and Mega-Projects.

She leads the Asset Strategy and Management team in Middle East which supports our clients in getting the best from their Assets and ensuring that they are operated in the most efficient way to deliver an optimal user experience.

Roisin has a strong record of success in leading teams in the delivery of short- and long-term strategic programmes with proven ability in developing strategies, change management, C-suite engagement and effective implementation.

Roisin鈥檚 current focus is delivering high quality, tailored and independent advice to clients within the Asset and Facilities Management space. Roisin is harnessing her experience with Expo 2020 and with a major European retailer and asset owner to support clients within the industry to turn their strategic vision into tangible outcomes through execution strategies and implementation plans.
