Richard is a senior technologist specialising in the leadership of complex solutions, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture across multiple industry sectors, with a particular focus on government and cities. 

Richard has a passion for using technological solutions integrated into the built and natural environments to improve quality of life. He has led many major technology programmes in locations around the world, including several Smart City initiatives in EMEA, North America and APAC.  

Prior to joining 海角视频, Richard was the Global Chief Technology Officer for Public Sector at Nokia Enterprise, a role in which he worked with governments and cities across the globe. He has previously held senior positions at HPE, Accenture, Oracle and Atos Origin, among others.
