Pip is an engineering geologist with eighteen years of professional experience in ground engineering working across a broad range of sectors within the engineering field. She leads the ground engineering team in Leeds with extensive expertise in the region, across the UK and worldwide.

Pip is highly skilled in dealing with ground risk management at all stages of a project from initial feasibility and site investigation to detailed design and construction. She aims to build strategic relationships with client and consultant teams to deliver the maximum added value for the client.

She has been involved in a diverse range of projects from masterplanning, large scale commercial, residential and educational schemes to small urban developments in a variety of roles including client management, site investigation and contaminated land, geotechnical and geoenvironmental interpretation, ground source energy assessments, soil and rock slope stability, slope remediation, foundation engineering, project specifications, design and reporting.

Her core responsibilities include team leadership, project management and technical review of the ground engineering elements of projects under-taken within a multi-disciplinary project delivery framework.
