Pawe艂 is a structural engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of professional experience. He joined 海角视频 in 2016 and works as an Associate Director in our Warsaw office. 

Drawing on his extensive experience with many complex projects, Pawe艂 is responsible for the overall delivery of structural as well as multidisciplinary projects in all stages of the design, focusing on clients鈥� requirements. He works closely with the whole team to ensure the delivery of high-quality cost-effective, coordinated engineering solutions.

In his professional career, he has been involved in finding cutting-edge solutions for local and global projects across many sectors, including commercial, office, retail, residential, cultural, transportation and industrial. His portfolio consists of a variety of impressive works such as complex office buildings, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, theatres, cinemas, a metro station, a large-scale automotive factory and an airport. Pawe艂鈥檚 projects are located in different parts of the world including Europe, the Middle East and China.

Beyond the technical and managerial aspects of his role, Pawe艂 is also responsible for outreach activities such as maintaining contact with local universities and coordinating publications as well as external workshops and conferences. He is a member of 海角视频鈥檚 Urban C:lab community which focuses on openly and freely exploring the future of the built environment. As a line manager, Pawe艂 supports younger colleagues in their professional and personal development.

Pawe艂 received his Master’s degree in structural engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, where he is also lecturing at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, sharing his knowledge and professional experience with the students. Currently, he is in the process of writing his PhD thesis on structural fire engineering. Pawe艂 uses his extensive experience to advise, guide and check new engineering students’ diploma dissertations as academic supervisor.

Pawe艂 has authored several technical and commercial articles as well as conference papers. He is the recipient of many prestigious awards including the 鈥淟aury Buildera 2016鈥� founded by Builder Magazine. He was nominated twice by The International Federation for Structural Concrete (fib) committee for the 2017 and 2021 Achievement Award for the Young Engineers in the Design and Construction category.

Pawe艂 is a member of the Polish Chamber of Chartered Engineers.
