Paula Gough
UK Infrastructure Development Director
Paula is the UK Development Director for Infrastructure as part of the cities infrastructure leadership team, with over 20 years experience in design, delivery and directorship of major rail, road and bridge schemes in the UK and Middle East.
Paula has worked both with consulting and contracting industries as well as seconded to client organisations, giving her a unique grasp of best practice in integrated delivery to assure high quality outcomes.
A Chartered Civil Engineer and Major Programme Director by background, her passion is to excel in delivery as part of ECI, D&B contracts, where early integration and collaboration on solutioning is key to delivery of right-first-time, constructable designs.
Paula is a change advocate devoted to transform performance and sits on a number of advisory boards and industry panels to help elevate the performance and predictability of operations in major infrastructure space, through focusing on innovative approaches to increase standardisation and productivity as well as purposeful solutions that have been tested for constructability.
In addition to her technical and development role Paula is Trustee and Board member of a STEM charity, a DE&I and Fairness Inclusion and Respect (FIR) Ambassador dedicated to helping elevate the industry鈥檚 culture, image within society and to attract and retain the highest calibre of talent that supports extraordinary outcomes.聽
