Paul leads 海角视频鈥檚 EIA and environmental planning services in Scotland and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) services internationally.
Paul is a technical and solutions-focused EIA and SEA specialist. He enjoys working collaboratively with project teams to identify holistic solutions to help unlock sites with challenging environmental constraints. He particularly specialises in delivering projects on rural greenfield sites. His experience includes residential, mixed-use, stadia, and higher-education developments. Paul also leads 海角视频鈥檚 SEA services to support regional and city scale development frameworks.
Paul is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) with the UK Society for the Environment and a Full Member of IEMA (MIEMA)
