Paul McGilly is a specialist in the adoption of new technologies, with 25 years of experience in the buildings industry.
He leads projects from concept to construction, optimizing modeling workflows and driving efficiency through automation, BIM, and computational tools. His work expands engineering capabilities across the United States and the global 海角视频 practice.
Paul has deep expertise in engineering modelling and has collaborated on the development of software tools that support emerging technologies. He shares this knowledge across U.S. and global teams.
To accelerate innovation and adoption, Paul mentors emerging engineering talent in the ideation and application of computational tools that enable efficient, data-driven workflows. He also led 海角视频鈥檚 first cloud-hosted project, marking its initial success in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and advancing the use of collaborative platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud.
