Nilesh Kudtarkar
Nilesh has 26 years of experience in MEP building services and was involved in projects in various countries including UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Belgium, France and India.
He is a highly specialised technical expert with mega-project experience, including high-end tall buildings and MEP building services including their MEP infra works.
Nilesh鈥檚 extensive experience includes involvement in the MEP design of over 100 towers, including ten buildings between 60 and 90 storeys, one tower at 86 storeys high (to be the tallest residential tower in India), and 85 and 35 acres of residential development with more than 80 towers of 120 metres.
He has successfully delivered 2.3 million square feet of commercial projects in Mumbai and handling almost more than 8 million square feet of commercial development design in Mumbai. His roles and responsibilities have ranged from enabling MEP design drafting and co-ordination, preparing construction levels of drawings including builders’ work, and quantity take off for tender and construction phase.
This varied experience in all facets of the MEP design and construction process has provided Nilesh with a unique and sound understanding of the complete MEP design and construction cycle. Nilesh is a natural team leader with strong interpersonal skills and has a proven track record for successfully delivering high quality projects to programme and budget.
