Nick Stephens
Associate Principal | Plumbing & Fire Protection
Nick Stephens is an associate principal plumbing/fire protection engineer in the Boston office. He coordinates with other discipline leaders in the design and delivery of integrated plumbing systems, ensuring innovative solutions are reached to meet each project鈥檚 program.
He brings passion and expertise for designing high-performance buildings. A registered architect and member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, Nick鈥檚 experience spans several building sectors, including commercial lab/office, higher education, cultural, and residential projects, including both Living Building and LEED certified projects. He is currently working on multiple commercial developments in the Boston Seaport, Somerville, Cambridge, and Philadelphia, as well as a new recreation and wellness center at Quinnipiac University and the new Music Building at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
