Joining the Bath office in March 2022, M贸nica is a member of 海角视频鈥檚 nature and biodiversity team.
M贸nica is an ecologist with detailed knowledge of UK habitats and protected and priority species having worked on a range of residential and major infrastructure projects in the UK.
In her role at 海角视频, she primarily works on our UK projects undertaking preliminary ecological appraisals, biodiversity net gain, BREEAM ecology assessments and ecological impact assessments.
M贸nica is experienced in identifying ecological constraints and opportunities, supporting wildlife sensitive lighting strategies, green infrastructures and integrating biodiversity enhancement in project development designs. Her previous career experience also includes working in marine ecology and international cetacean research roles predominantly in Iceland.
M贸nica is passionate about implementing a more holistic approach to nature-based solutions assessments and firmly believes that integration through collaboration is key to addressing the climate and biodiversity crisis.
