Her expertise in sustainable design principles, particularly energy efficiency within Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, is well-regarded. Molly excels in leading projects seamlessly, mentoring young engineers, and tackling challenging designs that balance MEP requirements with architectural vision.
She is pushing the boundaries with innovative energy-efficient solutions for one of the industry’s most energy-intensive sectors. Additionally, she is leading the MEP design and construction of new buildings at two prominent cultural arts institutions in the Hudson Valley: Storm King Art Center and Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival.
