Technical Programme Manager
Michael Hoehn is a senior computational designer within º£½ÇÊÓƵ where he helps a variety of teams solve complex problems through planning and executing computational workflows.
Michael has recently led initiatives throughout our US and UK offices in developing digital tools for evaluating embodied carbon within our open-sourced coding platform called the Buildings and Habitats object Model (BHoM) which won the . Additionally, Michael helps to facilitate a company-wide computational design culture with regular internal instruction sessions as well as client focused collaborations.
Michael’s ongoing work involves developing firm-wide computational strategy that integrates machine learning, and data gathering from real-time building environments simulations. His passion for the built environment comes from his training as an architect where he sought continually to question traditional practice methodologies and advance design capabilities through the integration of cutting-edge technology and collaborative practices. Michael prioritises meaningful collaboration with clients and the many disciplines housed within º£½ÇÊÓƵ in order to deliver more creative and cost efficient project solutions.
