Mathias joined º£½ÇÊÓƵ in 2022 and is based in our Berlin office. He has more than 15 years of experience in HVAC systems, energy-efficient technologies and integrated building solutions.

In his role, he specialises in managing complex, interdisciplinary construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion. His core focus lies in project management, in particular strategically guiding projects through all HOAI phases, ensuring technical excellence, cost control and timely delivery.

Working closely with developers, architects and contractors and acting as partner and advisor throughout the project lifecycle, he has successfully managed projects with budgets up to €120 million, including the Mall of Berlin and several advanced automotive R&D facilities. Since joining º£½ÇÊÓƵ he worked on the Westfield Hamburg Ãœberseequartier development, which he oversaw as project manager overseeing the MEP installations, planning sanitary, heating, ventilation and cooling systems mixed-use buildings.

Mathias obtained a bachelor and later master’s degree in building and energy technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Erfurt and is currently studying for the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) certification to further strengthen his project management capabilities and international standards alignment.
