Leonie is a director specialising in programme advisory for capital projects and real estate.
She started her career as a design engineer, delivering outstanding projects including award-winning arts and culture buildings and commercial offices. Since 2011, her focus has been programme leadership for complex capital and real estate change programmes in the public and private sectors, building teams to support clients throughout the project lifecycle 鈥� from strategy, through to business case and delivery phases.
Leonie has effectively built and led high-performing teams to deliver complex advisory projects working with senior stakeholders across high-value programmes. Her expertise lies in combining technical insight with strategic problem-solving, clear communication and deep understanding of the challenges facing clients – advisory with engineering at its core.
