Lee is a Project Director for the provision of energy and building services for the built environment.  He leads multi-disciplinary teams on a range of medium and large-scale projects, both new and refurbishment, across multiple sectors.

His career spans privately owned consultancies, large scale PLCs and UK charitable organisations. At º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, his focus is to support the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment. His recent experience includes a focus on commercial workplace sector, quality residential, education and healthcare developments.

He specialises in concept and technical design with a particular focus on low energy and carbon solutions via the application of passive design techniques. He has specialist knowledge of construction procurement methodologies. Lee has a particular focus on the commercial and technical options and solutions for projects, as well as the key products, systems and technologies to provide efficient and effective integrated mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering solutions to provide healthy, comfortable, and efficient buildings that enhance the wellbeing of people and planet.

He is passionate about design communication, innovation and excellence, with recent projects achieving industry and environmental assessment recognition including Royal Arsenal (Major refurbishment Offsite project of the year & Civic and RIBA awards) and Bloom Clerkenwell (Well Platinum & BREEAM Outstanding certification). 

Lee also leads discipline specific workstreams including the Net Zero and Building Safety Act working groups, and Global Building Environments Regional Discipline Review (RDR) board reporting to the Global Discipline Directors which considers strategy and leadership, knowledge share, technical skills and design advisory consultancy across the organisation.

He has been a member of steering groups responsible for leading industry publications including CIBSE Guide L for Sustainability and TM60 Good Practice in the Design of Homes. Lee also regularly contributes to advisory boards on topics related to energy efficiency, sustainability and climate action in the built environment. He is Chair of the LSBU Industry Advisory Board, and a Chartered Engineer and member of the Chartered Institute of Building º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Engineers and the Energy Institute.
