Associate Director
Laura sits within the sustainability and ESG consulting teams. With over 18 years’ experience working in the built environment sector, Laura combines technical expertise with a practical hands-on approach to help clients embed ESG strategies and sustainability standards across their portfolios and throughout its entire lifecycle.
Throughout her time at º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, she has led multi-disciplinary projects across commercial and residential sectors specialising in net zero carbon strategies for domestic and non-domestic buildings, delivering projects from concept through to construction. Laura’s extensive international experience spans Venezuela, UK and the Middle East where she has successfully delivered numerous projects.
Her approach prioritises the integration of passive design principles and façade optimisation strategies to deliver low carbon outcomes, mitigate climate risks, meet ambitious energy and carbon performance targets while fulfilling innovative design aspirations, enhancing societal value, improving climate resilience and positively impacting nature.
In 2023 Laura was appointed as an ambassador for the Engineering Education Hub within the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Foundation. Since then she has worked to inspire and empower future female engineers, championing initiatives that bridge industry gender gaps and serving as a strong advocate for the next generation of women in engineering.
She joined º£½ÇÊÓÆµ in 2021 and works out of the London office. Previously she has worked in the Dubai office. She is a chartered engineer On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor and Certified Passivhaus Designer.
