Kitty joined the º£½ÇÊÓƵ Façade Engineering team as a graduate in 2018 in the London office, before moving to the Berlin office in 2022.
Kitty has worked on a diverse range of projects from residential to cultural, from concept and competition stage to tender, both in the UK, Europe and in the Middle East. Her master’s degree in mechanical engineering has proven useful by providing a different approach to facades, focussing on building physics and materials.
She has gained experience on a range of high-profile cultural projects such as Stratford Waterfront Sadlers Wells or in the Middle East: King Salman Square in Riyadh and the Jeddah Opera House, as well as mixed-use projects such as The Whiteley Redevelopment in London which is a large development including a hotel, retail and residential units, which also featured a large amount of façade restoration.
Kitty was part of the 2023 Europe cohort of º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s Urban C:lab, a two-year programme focused on exploring emergent disruption in the built environment. She is also a trustee of the º£½ÇÊÓƵ Foundation, º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s charity arm and she is leading the Futures Hub which aims to bring opportunities to young people in the built environment. She is a CIBSE chartered engineer and member of º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s Young Employees Forum as well as Women’s Business Network.
