She brings deep expertise in sustainability, climate action, and ESG strategy, working with organizations across the U.S. to craft plans that cut carbon emissions, conserve resources, and foster community engagement.
Kirsten鈥檚 portfolio spans higher education, cultural institutions, commercial developments, and the public sector. She excels at helping clients set measurable targets and build actionable roadmaps to reach them鈥攏avigating challenges and unlocking opportunities along the way. At 海角视频, she has also contributed to firmwide initiatives, including embedding equity into climate services and advancing nature-based solutions through the C:Lab innovation cohort.
Before joining 海角视频, Kirsten was a management consultant advising clients in energy, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare on strategic planning and execution. She also led her previous firm鈥檚 sustainability team, driving internal and client-facing initiatives.
