Kaye is an Associate Mechanical Engineer based in our Chicago office.

She has over 14 years of experience in mechanical design and building performance analytics. Much of her work involves leading and managing projects, with a strong focus on delivering cost-effective, sustainable, and high-performance buildings through an integrative design process. Her project experience spans the educational, commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.

Many of the projects Kaye has contributed to have achieved certifications through voluntary green building rating systems such as LEED and the Living Building Challenge (LBC). She also has experience working with local energy efficiency programs, including Illinois’ Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC), to implement energy conservation measures and improve the performance of existing buildings.

As a member of the Chicago MEP building services team, Kaye manages the mechanical team and regularly collaborates with technical and mechanical leaders across º£½ÇÊÓƵ. In her role as project leader, she is also the primary point of contact for clients and coordinates closely with architects, other design consultants, and construction teams.
