Kathryn is an associate director specialising in air quality. She leads the air quality team, a specialist group of experts who have a passion for delivering optimised air quality in a climate conscious way.

With over 10 years experience in delivering air quality projects across the globe, Kathryn is well place to provide expert advice of air quality and design. Kathryn specialises in managing both outdoor and indoor air quality components including: air quality chapters for EIAs, air quality assessments for planning, air quality positive statements, dispersion modelling, environmental permit applications, air quality monitoring, clean air strategies, indoor air quality plans for BREEAM, LEED and WELL.

Passionate about people, she focuses on delivering ‘buildings that breathe’. Kathryn is enthusiastic about delivering practical, flexible, resilient designs that not only work for their intended design, but allow for an evolution of uses over time avoid retrofit and the associated carbon costs.

Kathryn has a wealth of knowledge in a variety of sectors at her previous roles from major supporting stadia like Al Thumama and Stadium 974 for  the world cup in Qatar, hospitals, science and technology such as Oxford Science park and urban development such as Earls Court.

Kathryn is a part of the air quality task group for CIBSE helping to advocate for improvements to both indoor and outdoor air quality, and to raise awareness of the issue of air quality in the built environment.
