A qualified accountant with over 30 years鈥� experience, Karen Briggs is a non-executive director bringing expert insights to the 海角视频 board.

Throughout her career Karen has had a focus on financial services and regulated businesses, professional services, AI, big data and technology. She held many senior leadership roles at FTI Consulting EMEA and KPMG UK, including as an Executive Committee board member at KPMG and a board member for K Capital, KPMG鈥檚 global technology investment fund and Head of Technology Solutions for the firm, where she led the development and management of AI, cyber, data and other solutions. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Karen has also been a senior banking regulator and worked on the highest profile financial services enquiries globally, bridging the global regulator group and the needs of the business. She has extensive experience of working with audit and risk committees and Boards, significant finance expertise with accounting and assurance.

Outgoing and collaborative, Karen is a non-executive director and trustee of the Invictus Games Foundation board, chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and independent council member at Imperial College London, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Chubb Underwriting Agencies Limited, a non-Executive Director at SMBC Bank International plc and a non-Executive Director at Vanquis Banking Group plc. She is also an advisory council member for Elevate City, a women鈥檚 leadership network.
