Justin Mol茅 is the US East Coast sciences sector leader and a principal and regional MEP discipline leader with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in laboratory, commercial, and higher education design.
His career has been defined by a commitment to sustainable, high-performance building design, with a particular focus on mechanical systems and laboratory engineering.
Justin has led MEP design efforts for a wide range of clients, including Draper Laboratory, Partners Healthcare, WS Development, MITIMCo, Tufts University, South Shore Hospitals, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. His recent work includes the HVAC design of a 707,000 ft虏 net zero carbon high-rise in Boston鈥檚 Seaport District and a 700,000 ft虏 biomedical research campus in Cambridge, MA. He is currently engaged in major laboratory projects across the country, from the Inner Belt district in Somerville, MA to campus expansions in Memphis, TN, and upgrades at Draper Labs in Kendall Square.
A registered Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and LEED Accredited Professional, Justin also serves on the Board of Governors for the ASHRAE Boston Chapter.
