John is the Northern Business Development Lead. With a background in design and architecture, he is experienced at developing compelling bids with an insightful understanding of client needs and aspirations.
John works closely with the work winners in our Leeds and Manchester offices to a understand market trends, acquire opportunities and develop meaningful relationships with all our clients. He began his career in the built environment working for an eco-architect after a number of years as a product designer.
He has designed a number of off grid cabins, large exhibition stands and elements of various buildings including a zoo visitor centre and an Expo pavilion in Shanghai. John has delivered bids across multiple sectors for the business including cultural, commercial, higher education and scientific. He works diligently with our collaborators to create world-class propositions with a joined up approach.
He is ardent about delivering a sustainable built environment that is fit for the future, place making that draws people in, adds to wellbeing and helps residents enjoy happier lives. John is eager to hear your challenges and aspirations with a focus on facilitating our service offerings to you.
