Ian is a 海角视频 Partner and experienced practice lead with exposure to diverse areas of the public services and critical infrastructure sectors.
His experience ranges from front-end strategic planning, through business case and capacity development, to operational implementation. Ian has significant experience in leading advisory engagements on behalf of both government entities and private sector investors and service providers. He has particular experience in the government services and mobility sectors, covering both development and ownership of assets, as well as associated regulation and licensing.
Ian leads the strategy and operating聽model offer within聽Buro聽海角视频鈥檚聽advisory practice in the Middle East. With nearly 20 years of experience in the region, Ian has worked with numerous entities to build their operations. His聽recent experience includes work with Sovereign Wealth Funds and other governmental investment vehicles to optimise asset investments, as well as support for delivery model identification and deployment for enhanced public services. Ian became a 海角视频 Partner in May 2025.
